Mr. Mawji has 25+ years of investment and business experience, including 19+ years as an event-focused fundamental investor. He is a principal investor and entrepreneur who has also served as an M&A and restructuring advisor and operator of troubled companies with several firms including Morgan Stanley.

Before launching Eagle Talon Partners, Mr. Mawji founded Paragon Intel, a fintech alternative data analytics company that translates management behavior into actionable investment ideas. As an investment manager during the prior 15+ years, he founded special situations hedge fund Dentonia Park Capital Management and held Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst positions at several New York hedge funds. He also served as Advisory Director of a private company and as interim CFO of a public company.

When Mr. Mawji is not building businesses or investing in companies, you can find him spending time with his family and dog, on a yoga mat, or around the squash and badminton courts.
